Quarry Bay Capital is focused on acquiring, managing and promoting residential real estate properties. Our primary focus is owning premium real estate assets in highly desireable tropical locales including Maui and the Caribbean. We pride ourselves on implementing a highly conservative three pronged investment strategy.

Key to that strategy is

• Zero Leverage Acquisitions - we only acquire real property using a 100% cash approach. Our philosophy is that a property with no leverage can never be foreclosed on. With no burden of a mortgage commitment White Sands Equity can weather the longest of downturns

• Non-Peak Demand Property Acquisitions - we focus on markets that not at peak sales, markets that may have been overlooked in the short term thus providing the opportunity to purchase properties at both a discount market value as well as a discount to the offering asking price.

• Future Equity Analysis - we look for properties that have addiiton value now that is overlooked by current market participants. With our proprietary property valuation model we identify those properties that will not only return to 100% of current model valuations but will exceed the model by 25% or more within 5 years.
