When looking to make an investment in real property our first criteria is to be able to purchase the property free and clear fee-simple without any mortgage or other financing incumbering the property. The second requirement is that the property will operate cash-flow positive

  1. Are you currently looking for new invesment opportunities?

We are always open to new investment opportunities. We spend a good deal of time searching for and vetting investment opportunities that fit our investment criteria. As of 2022, because market conditions in general remain tight we continue our in-house search for new investments, however we have put a hold on evaluating any out-sourced projects presented to us at this time.

  1. What markets does Quarry Bay Capital invest in?

Quarry Bay Capital's primary market focus is within tropical / sunbelt destination locales such as Hawaii, Las Vegas and Florida.

  1. What is the investment philosophy of Quarry Bay Capital?

Besides primarily focusing on cash flowing properties we aim to achieve at least 5% CAGR on the appreciation of our holdings. In a nutshell we like to buy low and sell high. If current market trends (ie. Sellers Market) continue through 2022, we expect to be net sellers in 2023 and beyond.
